My name is Jim Walden. I am a Florida Realtor with 100 Plus Realty Group, and new home sales consultant for Frassrand Homes, Inc. Each custom home is tailor made around your wants and needs in a home. As sales consultant, I will assist you with design, features and upgrades, and make suggestions for your home that you may have overlooked. This allows you to consider all available options, which will prevent any oversight or regrets after the home is complete.
We take the stress out of custom building by covering all possibilities with you before construction, constant follow up throughout construction, and periodic walkthrough’s with the customer to assure all features and upgrades are included. I personally inspect the property each week to make sure your home is completed as promised. This is especially important to our out of state buyers who do not get the opportunity to inspect their property regularly. The customer service skills at Frassrand Homes are second to none.
