A quality custom builder should be able to build to any house plans as long as they are properly drawn. If they are not drawn properly, he should be able to draw them to scale, and price it out for you. That being said, here are many internet based home plan sites. While many of these are copy write protected, we can purchase these plans and build that home. If you find a plan that needs adjustments, print the basic plan, and bring it with you. We can tweak the plans until you have the perfect home.
